Building an Effective Ministry: Ministry Assessment is a DIG DEEP Workshop designed to help ministries develop ministry outcomes aligned with their mission statements, create strategic plans that include well-defined goals, objectives, and methods of assessment, and understand how assessment can be used to develop a more effective ministry. At the conclusion of the workshop, participants will have set ministry outcomes, an individualized strategic plan for their ministry, and a plan of assessment. Dr. Aljoe serves as an administrator at a private institution where part of her role is strategic planning for a department. She has over 7 years of experience leading assessment efforts that have led to institutional changes in policies and procedures, major grant funding, and increased student retention.
